Accommodation in Hunmanby

Spring 2020: All local accommodation providers closed in line with government advice at the start of the Coronavirus Situation. However...

With the re-opening of holiday accommodation from Saturday 4th July 2020. The accommodation providers below are aiming to re-open, and are working through the Government Guidelines to enable holidays to be taken in this beautiful part of Yorkshire, Betwixt Wolds and Coast.

Hunmanby is an ideal, friendly, village to have a short break especially if you would like to have a holiday without the car, don't drive or would like a more environmentally friendly holiday. Many visitors come back year on year and eventually fulfil their dream of living here, enjoying the slower pace of life.

The village has pretty much all the facilities you could need, the train service is now every hour, 7 days a week, complimented by an hourly bus service between Scarborough and Bridlington and a local Hunmanby based taxi available Monday to Saturday. (see the poster at in the waiting shelters at Hunmanby Railway Station.)

Most trains are now direct every hour to Sheffield, via Hull, Brough, Goole, Doncaster and Meadowhall, thus no change of train required.

If you are travelling from London, the nicest and easiest way to travel to Hunmanby is either a Hull Trains Service from London Kings Cross to Hull or a London North Eastern Train to Doncaster. Both options involve just one change of train, and you have an amazing view of the Humber and the Humber Bridge.
